This heavenly bed is really a dream. It features elegant, curved head and footboards and four, sturdy bed posts. The bed is made from high-quality MDF which is covered in a lacquered, white surface. The heart-shaped cut-outs in the head and footboards are a particularly nice touch. The pieces that comprise the curtain rail assembly for the curtains is included in the delivery. Due to the metal corner braces, this bed is only suitable for fixed slatted bed frames and not for roll-out frames. The bed has open space beneath it. The fittings are made of metal. The product comes disassembled and is easy to construct using the included instructions. In addition to the Aldridge single bed, there is also a matching bed drawer. The material is high-quality, lacquered white MDF. The two heart-shaped cut-outs in the sides of the bed are both an aesthetically pleasing highlight and functional as they can be used as hand grips for the drawers.
