This grill model has been designed to cook perfectly the delicious ovine meat skewers which require strong heat cooking. The grill allows a grilling on its entire length close to the embers without burning the skewer’s stick, it’s gridless to prevent food from sticking. This barbecue has a sturdy frame but is also lightweight and thanks to its folding legs is comfortable to bring with you for picnics and outings. Equipped with ventilation holes, it is easy to light, and the embers-loading ramp and ash discharge make it functional and easy to clean. The grills differ from others on the market, in their sturdiness and their stability. Our grill production takes place exclusively in our Italian factory.
