The branded 24v 6.5ah battery is powerful enough to 25 miles on one charge and then only charges again in 2-3hrs. This is dependant on the terrain and the weight of the rider. All E-plus bikes have a one-year warranty for electrical parts and two years on the frame. All this is supported by a UK based Helpdesk for any questions.
