Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 2 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2 PM or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery

UK Mainland: Standard delivery is free and typically takes 2 – 5 working days. During busy periods, please allow extra time. We also offer express delivery for £1.95, which takes 1 – 2 working days.
Off-Mainland and BFPO: Currently, we only ship to UK Mainland. Contact us with your postcode for alternative shipping options, which may incur an additional charge.

Returns

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Only orders that have not yet been dispatched can be canceled. If the order has already been dispatched, our return policy applies.

Unwanted Items

You may cancel your order within 14 working days from the delivery date. The item must be returned ‘AS SOLD’ with all accessories in the original packaging and in ‘AS NEW’ condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Faulty Items

Inspect your item upon delivery. If the packaging or item appears damaged, please note it on the delivery paperwork and refuse the delivery. Faulty items or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email with a description and photos. We will assess the damage and send replacement parts or a new unit as needed.
