Storage Options

• With Storage: The bed includes storage feet (base not included) with the floor serving as the storage base. For an additional £50, you can opt for a storage base board. Please leave us a note with your order if you require this option.

• Without Storage: Slats will be provided. If you prefer a board base instead of slats, there will be an additional charge of £50.

Important Note:

• An additional £200 will apply for an 80” high headboard.
• All bespoke sizes are final sale; returns will not be accepted. Please ensure that the bed can be transported upstairs before placing your order.

Delivery

• Delivery is to the building front door only.
• Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Shetland, Orkney, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or any islands in the Highlands.

Additional Charges: £50 extra for the following postcodes:
(AB, DD, EX, IP, KA, KY, LD, LL, MR, PH, SA, TQ, TR, KW, CT, PO, PL, TA, and DT). Deliveries to these areas may take longer due to special arrangements.

We do not ship to: BT, JE, GY, HS, IV, KW, IM, PA, and ZE.

Return Policy

• We do not accept returns for bespoke beds.
• Items purchased can be returned within 30 days, provided assembly or inflation has not been attempted and they are in original condition and packaging.
• A £60 handling fee will be charged if unpacked or unrolled.
• The buyer is responsible for returning the product using their own courier. Items must be unused, and a 20% restocking fee will apply for returns using the buyer’s courier.
• Customers should check items upon delivery before signing for them. We cannot be held liable for damages noted after signing.
• If the box or packaging is damaged, please advise the driver to note this before signing or inform us via eBay message for a smoother replacement process.
