• Deliveries are to the ground floor only.
• The bed comes flat-packed and will require assembly.
• Sizes are approximate and may vary by a few centimeters as each bed is handmade.
• Delivery of the frame typically takes 3-5 working days, but may take longer due to size, location, and delivery drops. While 99% of deliveries occur within one day, please accept our apologies for any delays.

• The delivery company will only deliver to the front door. In multi-story buildings/flats/apartments, goods are delivered to the ground floor entrance only.

However, if you encounter any issues or damages, please report them immediately and leave a note on the delivery receipt before signing. Without a signed delivery note indicating damages, we cannot process claims with the courier.

All goods leaving our factory are thoroughly checked for damages, making the courier company responsible post-delivery. We appreciate your understanding and assure you we will fully address any issues that may arise.
